Marta Zlotnick – Introduction to Water Aerobics

Come to the pool for an introductory water aerobics session.  Water aerobics is a fun, low-impact way to burn off some calories.  Swimwear required; you won’t have to put your head under the water.  Marta Zlotnick, your guide, is a certified AAI Aquatic Fitness Instructor. As with any physical program, you must be responsible for your own health and safety.
