Lisa is a yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance at the 500 hour level. She has taught yoga for over 7 years and has completed almost 1500 hours of teacher trainings. She was an Anusara Yoga registered teacher until 2012 and is currently completing the Body Balance yoga therapeutics program. Lisa skillfully teaches with an emphasis on detailed physical alignment as well as inviting each student to empower themselves through their own individual expression of their yoga practice. She believes that yoga is a transformational practice which can connect heart, mind and body.

As with any physical program, you must be responsible for your own health and safety.
